La testa automatica con posizionamento di 2,5° per ogni asse di rotazione è costituita da due componenti che ruotano con un movimento indipendente uno rispetto all’altro, permettendo all’utensile di assumere tutte le posizioni volute ogni 2,5°. La testa automatica è montata su un distanziere che, a sua volta, è montato sulla testa principale della macchina. La testa automatica viene centrata mediante spine coniche temprate. Un albero scanalato, accoppiato con i naselli di trascinamento del cono mandrino, trasmette il moto al mandrino della testa automatica. I piani di rotazione delle due fusioni principali della testa automatica (asse trascinante e asse trascinato) sono lavorati, raschiettati e formano un angolo 45° rispetto all’asse del mandrino. Per raggiungere la testa, è necessario accedere all’interno delle protezioni antinfortunistiche in condizione di macchina ferma. L’attrezzatura, può essere installata sulla macchina per eseguire lavorazioni particolari che, con una testa fissa, non sarebbero possibili. The automatic head is assembled on a spacer that is assembled on the main head of the machine. The automatic head is centered by using tempered conical pins. A grooved shaft, coupled with dragging devices of the spindle taper, transmits the movement to the spindle of the automatic head. The rotation surfaces of the two main castings of the automatic head (dragging and dragged axes) are machined, scraped and form a 45° angle compaired to the spindle axis. To reach the head it is necessary to reach the safety protections inside, when the machine is in still position. The equipment can be installed on the machine to carry out particular machinings that cannot be possible with a fixed head. The automatic head can therefore carry a tool with the following features:
